b'Tell us about your work at Hausmann.I am currently an estimator in the Lincoln corporate office. My typical daily activities include analyzing and preparing cost estimates for projects across all of our offices. I work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing, assess risks and evaluate market trends. A key part of my role is collaborating with project teams, architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure every project meets the clients needs. Each project is unique, presenting its own challenges and opportunities, which makes every day both engaging and rewarding.Favorite memories of the program/CCL?I have countless great memories of CCL. As a young, motivated individual, it was extremely helpful to work in an enjoyable environment and be given opportunities to grow personally and professionally. The friendships I built, along with lighthearted moments hiding behind the bag room doors, made each day exciting.Interacting with successful professionals and hearing their insights was a valuable part of the experience. Even now, I believe I could still recall several members bag locations and exactly how those members preferred to have them prepared for their rounds. I am truly grateful for my time at CCL and the experiences that came with it. The lessons I learned and the relationships I formed will stay with me for years to come. Eli is a well-spoken and confident employee. I can put him in front of our clients and know hes going to knock it out of the park because of the leadership skills he acquired at the Country Club of Lincoln through their CCL University Program.CEO Joey Hausmann, Hausmann Construction, Inc.7'
