Eli was gracious enough to share his thoughts on the program and how it helped TAKESlaunch the professional career at Hausmann Construction, Inc. he believes is off to a flying start.FLIGHT How did you learn about the CCL University program?When I was first hired, the CCL University program was somewhat underutilized. The Professional Staff, however, did a great job reintroducing it, making sure everyone understood its value. It really resonated with many of us in the bag room, and those who embraced it saw significant growth in their roles at the Club. Having a clear path laid out for each level of the program made it easier to set goals, track progress and develop both personally and professionally. The structured approach not only helped improve our skills but also gave us a stronger sense of purpose for the program. What were the best takeaways for you?The CCL University program taught me the importance of professional growth, adaptability and setting clear goals for development. It reinforced the value of communication, teamwork and attention to detail, all of which helped create a better member experience. Overall, the program shaped my work ethic and helped me build skills I continue to use today. How did you get connected with Hausmann Construction?My connection with Hausmann came through a few different channels, primarily professional relationships formed during my time at Country Club of Lincoln. 6'
